great amenities but minor noise issues

The room had ample space, a great advantage for our family. The massage chair provided a unique relaxation opportunity we didn't expect .

Occasional plane noise did occur but didn't significantly impact our comfort.

The rooms are cheap and clean with massage chair and the tub, for instance. The location is favourable, relatively close to a public park. 15 minutes drive to the airport, it is located to pier 39.

My queen room was beautifully decorated with central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave. A bath in the fairly clean bathroom was super awesome. The hotel had a central position short walk to restaurants, shopping malls, gas stations, and San Francisco, CA...

The staff were not very welcoming, didn't expect that coming.

The room smelled musty and the carpet was damp, unacceptable. The shower knob was broken, ruining our chances for a relaxing shower. It was like we were tricked by the supposedly glowing reviews. We will not be returning here.

We had a fantastic two-night stay, being just a short walk away from Buri Buri Park and plenty of local dining options like Teani's Italian Deli, perfect for our weekend city strolls.

The shower knob was broken, complicating the already challenging task of getting a warm shower. The bed felt lopsided, and the curtains didn't fully close, allowing light to seep in at night. All of these details added a layer of discomfort that overshadowed the decent location.

Had a blast with my friends! The location is so central, and we loved visiting California's Great America and El Camino Real Shopping Center nearby. The rooms are modern and clean, and the staff is friendly. Plus, there's a nice restaurant on-site. Make sure to try out the local eateries too!

Family with children will find the nostalgia cute

The room had this retro fridge and microwave like something from a black and white movie but super cute and a massage chair that was a trip I never expected I mean who even gets those in a budget place and it was honestly so comfy to have after our long drive with the kids

It wasn't exactly cheap but you know it's still acceptable for the value we got in the end

The motel was perfect for our family getaway. With a newborn baby in tow, we appreciated the spacious Queen room with two queen beds, comfortable for all of us. Nearby, we discovered the Southwood Shopping Center, a great spot for quick shopping and family dining options.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available on-site.

Recommend for a weekend respite

Comfortable stay, convenient location, the room had everything we needed including a massage chair for relaxation and is just a few minutes' drive from the airport making it easy for travelers to explore the area.
